Price details
The price includes all expenses, i.e.: consumption of electricity, water (hot and cold), gas
for cooking, heating, crockery, bed, bathroom and kitchen
linen (changed weekly), initial and final cleaning, outdoor barbecue, cot and high chair for
children and parking in
private area.
The heating is in operation from 1 November to 31 March approx. and stays on for 3 to 7 hours
a day, depending on the period,
weather conditions and legal requirements. For excess consumption, payment is calculated according
to consumption.
CHECK IN: Saturdays from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
CHECK OUT: Saturdays before 10.00 a.m.
Arrivals and departures on Saturdays, other days of the week by prior arrangement (except Easter and
the period from
17.05.25 to 20.09.25)
