If you write to me through the contact form I use your data to answer you. Same if you contact me by
e-mail.

Data provided voluntarily by the user
The data I collect, in person, on this site are: name and email address. These data are voluntarily
provided by those
who contact me. Some data are optional (surname) and you are free to decide whether or not to
provide them.
Browsing data
The computer systems and software that make this site work acquire, in the course of their normal
operation, certain
personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These
data are not
collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their nature could
allow users to be
identified, through processing and association with data held by third parties. This category of
data includes IP
addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, browsers and the
parameters of the
computer system used to connect to the site, navigation data, including the time of the request and
the response
obtained from the server. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical
information on the
use of my site, for the improvement of the service and to check its correct functioning.

System and maintenance logs
For operation and maintenance purposes, my site and any third-party services I use may collect

The data collected are processed using IT tools. Appropriate security measures are observed to

illegal or incorrect use and unauthorised access.

me, etc.)
- or the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or the execution of

you make a reservation with online payment of a deposit)

Place of processing
Data is mainly processed at my registered office in Via Seassari 13, Diano San Pietro - Imperia or
at the places where I
will be when I access the e-mail box. Some data may be transferred abroad. You will find more

Data retention period
I process and store personal data for the time required by the purposes for which I collected it. If
I have obtained
your consent to process the data, I may keep the data until you revoke your consent. I may also be
obliged to keep your
personal data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.
At the end of the
retention period I will delete the data collected and the right of access, deletion, rectification
and the right to
portability can no longer be exercised.

Contact form
If you write to me via a contact form, I use your data to reply by e-mail to your request for
information or quotation.
In order to be able to write to me via a contact form, you must accept this Privacy Policy. Without
this consent no
message can be sent from the contact form. Your data is stored in my e-mail archive and backups. Who
has access to this
data: the email address info@cadiughi.it is only accessed by me Carmen Ricciotti. Personal data
collected: name and
email.
Online Reservations
If you make an online booking of your stay (Quote by e-mail), I ask you to enter your name and email
address so that I
can contact you and provide you with booking details including services offered, prices and payment
conditions. I will
receive an email notification in my inbox. Payment is made by bank transfer with Banca D'alba as the
supporting bank or
in cash.

Who accesses this data
Only I, Carmen Ricciotti, have access to the e-mail
info@cadiughi.it. My accounts, therefore the invoices containing
your data too, are managed by Studio Ceresola Ezio - Arma di Taggia (IM). Personal data collected:
name and email.
Google Analytics
I use Google Analytics for traffic statistics on my site; I have set up Google Analytics so that
your IP address is
anonymised. The information generated by the Google Analytics cookie about your use of the website
(including the first
part of your IP address) is then transmitted to Google and stored on its servers in the USA. Google
will use this
information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, and will provide this
information, in aggregate form
and not linked to your identity, through Analytics reports and other information services. Google
may transfer this
information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where they process this information
on Google's behalf;

I have incorporated Google Maps into this site. This Google service installs profiling and
